Please switch the subscription to the monthly

    Hi Support Team,

    We had written to you to request you to cancel our yearly subscription and change it to a monthly subscription of Silver Package which cost 39USD per month on 8th June 2020.

    However, till to date we have yet to receive any reply from you and the cancellation of payment of yearly subscription.

    Kindly revert to us soonest possible.

    We have switched your Yearly subscription to a monthly Silver subscription. You should be charged monthly now. The remaining amount is present as the credit value to your account. The future charges will be deducted from this value.
