Empty rows on Input Table field

Hi, 

Is it possible to block the user from leaving an empty row in an INPUT TABLE and filling the next one?

for example:

I would like the user to fill in the first row before filling in the second or third. And if the second was filled before first, throw an error message.

I would suggest that you set the Input Table field of your form as required and select the option that would best fit your needs.
