Attached images - error message

    On my website I have a jot form. I have the option for the client to upload 3 images. When I get the email from their submission, click the image. I get an error.

    I’ve had this problem since the form was created months ago. Just keep forgetting to inquire.

    Please try to update your Privacy Settings and disable these options:


    If you do not want to disable it, please try to open your Jotform account before opening the attachment file to your email account.
