Is there a way to keep a database of received forms?

Asked by jonheel70 on July 07, 2013 at 09:26 PM

I'm building a website for an animal rescue organization. They would like to electionically "file" the received adoption application forms and then be able to pull up groups that meet a certain criteria. Example they have a new parrot come in and they want to pull up all the people that had sent in their application for an exotic pet.

I hope I'm explaining myself well.

    Thank you,

Absolutely. Every submission data you receive will be saved in our database and an email is sent to you.

You can create a report (e.g. grid listing / HTML table listing) and send the link to your client. They should be able to sort the column data to see the report based on the criteria.
