Payment details not completely shown on submissions but viewable on email.

    For payment details, credit card information shows up fully on our email, but is blocked out on the Jotform when we open the submissions.  Is there a reason we cannot see the info on the form but we can via email?  Thanks.

    For security purposes, our back end system automatically masks any digits/numbers that appear to be like credit card numbers.

    Hello there,

    We do have other PCI-compliant ways to do this. All you need to do is choose any of the payment processors available on our platform in order to integrate into your forms. You still won't be able to collect credit card details directly though.

    If you only want to collect your customer's payment details and charge them at a later date, you can take advantage of a feature called "Payment Authorization".
