    Email Delivery

    i ran several tests of a form on July 5th and none of the emails were delivered until 7:30 am on July 6th.  Is this typical, or was there a problem with the system during this time.  It looks like all the notification emails were delivered, but we need to respond to these as they come in, and that delay will not work for us.

    Hi,

    Yes, we recently have a problem with our email system and everything has been sorted already. However, we've made some changes and permanently disable Sending Email notification from Custom Email Address that is why (if you will check) the "Sender Email" section is not visible from the email notification settings. 

    The problem also caused some of our users email address to land into our bounce list. Unfortunately, your email address is one of them but I have removed it already so you should now received the notifications again.

    We'd suggest to check your Form Notification and change the settings per screenshot below:

    Does this mean that any email address that was supposed to receive a notification email could have been added to your bounce list?

    Not all. I can't name the percentage or how much but not all. So if you have any email address as the form recipient, please let us know so we can check.

    That's exactly what it means and it's why the support forum is filling up with people who are losing business. In addition it seems that our email addresses are being blacklisted by Amazon too so there could be longer term implications for all of us. You're lucky to get an answer from JT support. They've been ignoring us since Saturday when the problem first began.

    We're sorry for the inconveniences. We know how would the problem affects your business so that is why our developers have made some changes and fixed the problem. 

    If you have any email address that are used as a form recipient, please let us know so we can check and remove from our bounce list (if they have been landed there).

    Actually, we are online during the weekends. We as Support Personnel alerted our developers about this, and they've made some changes and made a temporary fixed about the problem. They are working to fix the problem even on Sunday and sorted it. But our developers are still looking or updating our Email System to avoid this from happening again.

    Please consider doing the changes as well.
