Suspended Account

Hi 

I need to get account unsuspended please 

I was unaware of the restrictions around some questions that are not able to be put into a form and will remove them as soon as access has been reinstated.

I have checked your account and this was suspended due to the form titled "EMPLOYEES REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION" and the following fields: 

- License number. 

- License upload. 

It's possible to ask for license number only; however, you need to add some terms and signature elements to your form so your users can read why they need to provide their information and agree, kindly confirm, so we can remove the fields from your form.

I have removed the said offending fields from the form and reactivated the account.

You can add it back but please ensure to add the mandatory widgets mentioned by my colleague above. This makes you the sole responsible for the collection of those data and prevents the account from being suspended again.
