Jotform/Zendesk not connecting

    Hi There,

    Despite Jotform showing that the integration with zendesk is connected and working properly, we do not see tickets coming through zendesk. i have ensured that all questions and fields line up between the two. the connection is working without issue on other forms. Any advice?
