Reactivate our Account that was disabled

    Please reactivate our Account. 


    I think I know why our account was disabled. I did upload a form that asked for credit card information. That form has been deleted!

    The account was suspending due to Phishing which is a violation of our Terms of Use: https://www.jotform.com/terms/

    However, we have other PCI-compliant ways to do this. All you need to do is choose any of the payment processors available on our platform in order to integrate into your forms. You still won't be able to collect credit card details directly though.

    If you only want to collect your customer's payment details and charge them at a later date, you can take advantage of a feature called "Payment Authorization".     I understand, we will not use the form that asked for a CC number. Can our account be reactivated?
