I have created the form for the fourth time, thinking I did something wrong. Why is it disabled? My replies go to my gmail account and I simply forgot to delete items from the mailbox for the last month or so. I assume this is why I got cut off. I have updated my gmail and it has an empty mailbox. Please restore my forms.

The reason your forms are disabled is because you are over your limit for SSL submissions. Free accounts get only 10 secure submissions, 100 regular submissions and 10 Payments. Your forms will be disabled once your account reaches any of those limits.
In your case, even if you have made 0 regular and 0 payment submissions, your form still got disabled because you have made 14 secure submissions which is way past the limit of ten.
To be able to use up regular submissions instead of secure submissions, do not check the "secure" checkbox when embedding your form, or remove the s in https from your form's urls.
I have already reactivated your account, since it would refresh at the beginning of May anyway.
Let us know if there's anything else you need assistance with.

My form was disabled... Don't know why, and to be honest, there should be a REASON shown when it is, and at least a notice in "my forms" with the reason.
Jotform Account Name : sakarya42 , neural11 neural99 neural54 , neural44 , sakarya44
all of them shut down in 5 minutes.. There was no problem with the first closed my account. All the accounts opened within 5 minutes, then shut down.If you want to back accounts. I'd like to correct this situation and
I would use this for the gaming forum I'm member (and server admin) from (www.fpsoverload.com). It would help us to let people upload demo's of cheaters so we can ban them... Don't see why it was suddenly disabled
