Email responder to the registrant not fully showing/working

Also - my test email responder to the registrant doesn't seem to be fully showing/working. Can you take a look, please?

If you meant the Autoresponder Email on your form, I checked and I found you have customized the Email Content of the autoresponder.

I suggest you reset the Autoresponder by re-creating it. Create a new Autoresponder to be sure the content will be updated with all the fields from the form.
