Calculations are disappearing after Form is Submitted

Good Afternoon,

I am working through setting up the workflow on my Stipend and Additional Duties form. 

When testing, I found that two of my fields are clearing out after the initial submission.

Both of those fields filled in automatically (with conditions) when I was initially completing the form. But now at the manager approval level, it's blank.

Please help. I have tried and tried and tried to find out why it's disappearing and I can't make any sense of it.

I was able to replicate the issue in your form on edit.

Could you please make the Clear Hidden Field Value to "Don't Clear" in the form settings:
