The error you showed us in your screenshot normally appears as soon as the form is loaded.
I have checked the form you linked and it currently has an active status. I'm also able to load and view it on my end.
May we know if you were able to reproduce the issue on your end?
With your permission, we can make test submissions to your form to further check the issue.
We will wait for your response.

I almost forgot to mention that when an error such as the one you shared appeared during submission, the submission is most likely not submitted successfully and there is no option that we can use to retrieve the data that were supposed to be submitted. Also, I can only assume that you also didn't receive the email notification set up in your form that will be sent on every successful submission.
