Why does my picture show up on the right side of my form like this?

When a user open any form while logged, the logged in user's profile photo/avatar is shown on the upper right portion like the one you have shared.

For other users who do not have a JotForm account or is not logged in while filling out a form, nothing will be shown in there. You can verify it by using a new browser or by logging out of your JotForm account.
