Problem logging in

I just created my account by signing in through google... 

After creating my first form and trying to publish and view it - it logged me out, and now I can't log back in... the loading circle spins, then just reverts back to the same screen as when I tried to login.

Hello Mike,

Your account was auto suspended. Your form was collecting passwords, credit card information which are not allowed to be collected on form as it is in violation of our Terms.

The form is also collecting SSN and ID numbers.

If your purpose is not to collect SSN and ID numbers from the general public, but from your own customers, then you need to comply with two things:

1. Add the Terms & Conditions Widget (or the Short Scrollable Terms Widget) for your users to read and agree.

2. Add a Signature Widget so your users can sign and agree to provide such sensitive information.

We’ve removed all the offending fields above on your form and lifted the suspension on your account. Please refrain from making new forms that is against our terms to avoid this kind of inconvenience.

You can add the SSN field back on the form along with the above mentioned widgets, but DO NOT ADD the password and credit card fields.
