There was a problem with our system that caused that but it has since been fixed. Please try to make a test submission to verify. Let us know if the problem persists. Thanks!

Hi Morian: I, too, am experiencing this problem. I am missing all my notifications. I'm currently forced to go into my jotform account several times a day to pull new submissions. THE EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS ARE VERY IMPORTANT TO OUR WORKFLOW.

I have whitelisted the primary email address of your account. However if you have other custom recipients, can you please open your own thread (set it as private) and paste there the other email addresses?
