I am facing problems with fields showing empty in active campaign forms after integration.

Our apologies for the inconvenience. I tried the Activecampaign Integration on a clone of your form, and it worked.
Kindly, make sure the proper field Type is set on Activecampaign (in my case the majority including the Skype ID field is set to "Text Input"), then delete and add the integration again.
Try this and let us know if the problem persists.

Unfortunately my problem here is as persistent as me :)
I am facing problems with form fields involving drop down menus.

I have tried the integration with a mapped dropdown field and it worked for me.
Please make sure that the dropdown options are identical in JotForm and ActiveCampaign, and then test the integration again.
