To clarify, are you referring to moving the Zoom Meeting Registration Template form to lyellen89 account or you would just like this form to be cloned by the other account? 

Please note that if this form is moved to a different account it will no longer be visible on your form list and it is considered as a transfer of ownership and we can do this for you.
