Error Form in restore mode

I'm using an alternate account, that has not been used in a while. I created a form to publish and get the error: Form Not Found: This form is in restore mode, please try again later.

Since your account has been inactive for quite some time, your account was tagged as dormant which causes your form to be in restore mode.

I have now reactivated your account.
