    I am having challenges understanding exactly what you are trying to achieve. Do you have more information or say an example or screenshot that can help me visualize or understand this issue better?

    The issue that everytime i make a new form the hole account got suspended because of the same reasons eventhough i Took them into consideration for example:

    Describe the purpose of your forms.( I named the form and don't know where i should describe it) If you have asked for username or password in one of your forms, please describe the reason. ( simply didn't ask for anyof those) Provide the URL of your web site where you use these forms. ( I don't have one yet)

    and those what ai get everytime, do you have a clue.
