How do I fill in my created form?

I created a Daily Reflection form, but I am unable to fill it in.  Please help.

I also uploaded an Injury form but the body section did not appear.  Are pictures able to transfer to the Jot form?

I have checked your daily reflection form https://www.jotform.com/form/201690738318156  and it seems to be working at my end.

For your fillable Form https://www.jotform.com/form/201318069975058 ,you would have to manually add images in your web form if you want to show images.
