    Hi

    If you look at the following forms: http://form.jotform.us/form/30220825137141  I have it set up so that when someone fills in the form, it will put the persons name and email address into the hearder of the email we get.

    However for some reason, that is no longer happening.  This is what we get - Larry D [noreply@jotform.com].  The persons name, but it is coming from noreply@jotform.com.

    How do we fix that?

    Thanks

    We are deeply sorry about this.

    Amazon made a change about the bounces API so our system was not adding all bounces to the bounce list correctly for a while, we learned about the problem when all of this started and that's why our bouncing system added some emails to the bounce list in the same day.This is now fixed

    For now, custom sender email addresses cannot be configured, we have set noreply@jotform.com as the default one for both notifications and autoresponders.

    This is means that in an email notification

    You can map the Reply-to field to the email field at the form

    Or you can type your own email addres on Reply-To field, in an Auto Responder:

    In the email notification the Reply-To field should be mapped to the email address field of your form, you should add one so you can reply to your submitters if you will

    Otherwise you can setup an autorsponder and establish the Reply-To field to your own email address (and the Recipient Email to the Email address field of your form) so your users can reply to you

    @umbro_32

    I just added my email id in your recipient email and did a test submission in your form (I removed my email id).

    I see the notification email is coming correctly. Please refer the screenshot:

    FYI, Sender email will always display as "noreply@jotform.com" as we have disabled the custom sender email feature.

    Should you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

    Thanks,

    Sidharth

    @umbro_32

    I deeply apologize for this inconvenience.

    We had the custom sender email feature earlier. There were some technical glitch which were caused because of some change in amazon bounce api. We have permanently disabled the custom sender email feature. Now all notification emails will be sent only from noreply@jotform.com.

    But you can map the Reply-to field to the email field of your form so that when you reply to the notification email it will display your user's email address.

    Should you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

    Thanks,

    Sidharth
