Why do I not have a quiz widget?

Can I not have access to a quiz widget with a HIPAA account? I need some of my answers graded, what is the best way to do this?

My apologize, but HIPAA accounts cannot use the Quiz app. This limit is imposed on the HIPAA accounts for security reasons.
