Im having a challenge with conditional logic on a form.

On my form I'm trying to add a drop down for each of my stations when I chose a station.  For example station 33 only a (3) apparatuses. 

I have to try in set up a chose tab for the station then when I chose the station I scroll down to the apparatus I need. 

Hi, I have checked your form, and there are no conditions on it. It seems like you are using the Dynamic Dropdown, which would allow you to have nested options. Does the widget solve your requirement?
