We are having the same issue again with logging in. I did not log out of the account at all nor did i try to log back in. When i went to go use the site, it had logged me out and said i could not log back in because i have 5 failed attempts. Why does this keep happening when i have not tried to log in 5 times?

I have now re-activated your account and flushed your login attempts.
