Clients stating that form isn't working

    We have had mulitple clients state that our form isn't working. Can you please look into this and advise?

    I have tried sending a test submission to your form and it seems to be working fine at my end. The Thank you message is displayed normally after submitting the form. Is there any error message displayed when trying to access or submit the form? Is the form embedded on any of your web pages? If so, please share the web page URL so that we can take a look.
