Notification emails not being sent to the second recipient

    Hi. When I add a second email address to receive a notification when someone fills out a form, it is not working. The additional email address "saves" but test email is ALWAYS sent only to the original email (my main account email address).


    Even when I deleted my original account email address and sent a test, it was still sent to my original address. 


    My goal is to be able to have a second recipient (third party) be notified when forms are filled out. Thank you!

    Please note that the Test email button in the email notification shall only be sent to the account registered email address only. Also, the test email shall be sent using JotForm default sender email address only. It is required to submit the form normally in order to send the notification to all the recipients added. You may try sending a test submission to the form to send the email notifications to the recipients added.
