How to add a coupon 'Pay at Door' to the payment form?

We have a camp registration form which collects registration fees. We also have the option to pay by check, which delays the final registration until it is received and a "I need a scholarship" which requires a phone call. Because of the uncertainty of the camp because of Covid-19 the board wants a "Pay at the Door" option which will require no money but allow the registration to be completed.

I inherited these forms and this is beyond my understanding. I am assuming it will mean conditionals but I am not sure. Any help would be appreciated.

As we check your JotForm, we notice that there is a coupon code 'Pay at Camp' added in the payment field coupons list.

However, on the form it is being displayed 'Pay at Door' to enter on the form.

Also, please note that the coupons are required to be a single word and no spaces are allowed. Please make necessary changes to the coupons and the form so that it should be working fine.
