How to change the look of the product list on form?

    Hello,

    Sorry, but due to the number of items on the product list, the Card form will show in that manner only.

    You can change the form layout to Classic - https://www.jotform.com/help/493-How-to-Change-the-Form-Layout 

    After that you can also change the product layout. Please check this screencast:
