I'm trying to set up a custom url redirect so that I can track my client's jotform formfills in google analytics but when i use the custom url redirect it won't load the page even if you refresh. If you then copy that page and paste it into a new tab it works fine. I created a test formfill http://kingsheating.com/form_test that displays this failing functionality as i had to revert the other forms to showing a thank you message so that I wasn't sending customers to non-loading pages. The form is supposed to redirect to http://kingsheating.com/thank_you-home but it fails to load every time.
My web developer says that as far as he can tell its an issue the form logic and not with the page as the page still loads fine any other way that you try to access it. Any idea as to what the issue is or if their is a way to solve it?Page URL:

This happens when http:// is not declared on the URL. Example, make sure to include it when you paste the URL in the Custom URL box. http://kingsheating.com/form_test
Hope this helps. Thanks!

This isn't working for me either.
I put in the Custom Thank You URL http://www.sellyourmahouse.com/details and the JotForm re-direct removes the "http://" and it goes to www.sellyourmahouse.com but the page doesn't load. However, if I hit refresh on the browser, it does load?

Can you please open a separate thread with regards to your query and share to us URL of the form that you are having problem with for further assistance?
