Submissions Not Coming Through Email

    This is the second time in a week this has happened.  Our forms are working great.  The submissions are coming in on all of them and being recorded in jotform. But the submissions are not being sent to us as emails as they usually do.  We have not changed any email settings in jotform, on the forms themselves, in our email, or anything.  Our email account is working fine as we are receiving emails any other way.  The first time it happened was a few days ago. I started writing a question like this and then voila, all of them came through at once.  However, this time, they are not coming through.  Please help as this is a vital part of our business.

    Your email id "" was in our bounce list. I have resolved this issue by removing it form the bounce list. You should now start receiving your submission emails on this email address.

    Can you please explain to me how we got on the bounce list all of a sudden?  We have been using your service for a long time with no problems at all.  Then we end up on the bounce list.  This makes no sense. 

    Also, how do I now get the submissions that came in during the "bounce list" time to send to our email?

    Hi Vlad,

    We recently have a problem with our Email System which caused some of our users/customers email to be listed into our bounce list. But our developers have already fixed the issue.

    But, the common reasons why the bouncing problems happens are the following;

    1. Invalid Email Notifications Configuration from Jotform

    2. Email Address spelling (most people use ex. while their original setup is "

    3. Your Email Filter blocked emails coming from Jotform (i.e not in your contact list filter, content filtering).

    -The only process is to access your form submissions page and edit/re-submit the entry. However, the downside is you'll get the Prefix (EDIT) in the Subject Line.
