Downgrading and wanting to make sure we don't lose one form

    Hi, I just downgraded our plan which should be effective June 23rd. The increase capacity was very important for us as we were innovating with COVID but are not a long term solution for us. We're glad to know about you. 

    We are happy if all but one form is deleted. One form that we've had with you for over a year is the following. It is not used much but important to our business for the next couple of months still. How can we make sure that it is not deleted and continues to be functional?

    When you downgrade your account to the free subscription, your forms will stay in your account as long as they are not deleted. Active forms will stay active unless disabled or archived.

    When you downgrade, your account will now have the limits of accounts on a free subscription.

    You can also go to the Usage page of your account to view the limits for your account.
