Square unable to collect USD payments

    Hi, I just created a jotform and linked my square account for payment collection.

    But When my US clients tried to make the payment, they end up getting an error message which says that only AUD payments are allowed.

    I check ed with my Square account and everything is working find and even am not facing any issues in accepting USD straight into square account. Just now I sent a invoice from square account and got the payment payment from US client in USD.

    Only from JOTFORM , my US clients facing trouble while making the payment.

    Could you please help to resolve this issue ASAP.

    I assume you received a message similar to the one below but in your case, your account can only accept AUD payments.


    Please make sure that your currency corresponds to the currency of your location setup on your Square account.


    I also searched it within Square itself and Square's support guide states that it cannot accept multiple currencies:


    You can accept international payments, but not of a different currency.
