I have created a form for my memberships that contain certain rules.
One of these rules depends on a radio button selection, where the customer selects one of four options. The options are:
Yes - travel charges only
Yes - shipping charges only
Yes - both travel and shipping
If they select option 2 (Yes - Travel Charges Only), then the travel charges field item shows (and this works)
If they select option 3 (Yes - Shipping charges only), then the shipping field items show (and this works).
However, if they select option 4 (Yes - both travel and shipping), then both the travel and shipping fields should show (this does not work and is the reason for my questions).
I can't seem to get this fourth option to work successfully.
This also occurs in another section of the form titled Would you or do you currently offer a BULK DISCOUNT or SALES PRICE option to your customers?
Option 1, 2, 3 works perfectly as per the rule, where as option 4, does not.

One reason the 4th option is not working as it should is because there are conflicts in the conditions. Basically, same "Actions" can not appear on two separate conditions as that causes conflict. What you need to do is to delete the condition for the 4th option (Yes-Both travel and shipping) and add the "Rule" for that instead to each of the conditions for the other 2 options (Travel charges only & Shipping charges only).
Your condition for those two should look like these instead:
For Shippint charges only
For Travel charges only
Same principle should be applied for the Bulk Discount / Sales Price. Let us know if you need further assistance. Thanks!
