Unable to take payments on my form?

Hi there,

I've just created two forms to take payment on my website. They are embedded at these two urls:

Unfortunately when anybody tries to input credit card information, it is not possible to click on those fields or input any information. Why is this happening? I've integrated with Stripe and both forms are "active" (not in test mode).

Apologies for the inconvenience, can you enable this and set it to "YES" to enable billing input from the user?
