i have some jotform cannot getting email so suddenly? in jotform (inbox) get the submission? so how to settle it?

Apologies for the incovenience caused, We had issues with our email system recently, Amazon SES our email service provider has updated their bounce API which affects some of the user form recipient emails. But, this is now fixed.
Please provide us the affected email addresses or forms so that we can be able to help solve this issue fast.

I have removed both emails from our bounce list so they should both be able to receive mails without issue.
