Attachments not Attaching

    We are having a consistent problem when receiving the forms through to email. We are not getting the attachments.

    I have checked through all the guides and altered the settings to ensure attachments are set up to be sent with any other documentation but yet they still come through with nothing attached.

    However, sometimes they do come through?

    Is this a server issue your end or something to do with how large the data is and not being sent through at a certain size?

    Please help.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. We do have a limit on the size of attachments. If the files are larger than 5MB the file itself won't be attached. Instead, there will be a link to download the file.

    Can you please confirm if you always receive either the file or the download link?
