upgrading payment refused

Hi,

I'm getting short of submissions for one of my form and I'm supposed to receive more submissions in these future days. I don't want my form to be cancelled or disable so I tried to upgrade to the "bronze" option and I got my credit card refused ten times.

Could you help me with that?
