I noticed submissions from my Jotform stopped earlier this month and when I checked I am being told my e-mail is being blocked by Jotform and that I need to get in touch with Jotform. I have attempted to change the e-mail address however any address I put in (I have tried three one of which was at a different domain) is rejected with the same message.
Any ideas what might be wrong, do I need to do something?
I have checked my submissions and there are only 20 from 100 used for the month.

Your email id "email@example.com" was in our bounce list. I have resolved this issue by removing it form the bounce list. You should now start receiving your submission emails on this email.
Request you to please do a test submission on your form instead of clicking on the "Test Email" button and let us know if you continue to have this issue.
