Pause Account

    Hi- We would like to pause our account for the time being. How do I go about this?

    Greetings,

    It seems that you've processed a downgrade for your account, as it's already scheduled for a downgrade. Your subscription will still remain on paid status for the period you paid for and will be canceled on the Next Billing date. 

    The subscription expiration date, which is your Next Billing date can be checked on your Account's billing page.
