Receiving duplicate submissions/emails on completed forms

    An employee filled out the daily health quiz on Wed. AM & we received the same email again 2 days later. This has happened with several employees.

    We apologize for inconvenience. I checked on your form and I noted that there were issues with the Conditions as well.

    I recommend cleaning the Conditions by deleting/removing or fixing those conditions on the form that only have error on them. It could be causing the duplication issues you reported.

    On the duplicate submissions, can you please share to us some of the Submission ID# of those you found have duplicate submission emails.
