My notification email address is saying its blocked, and I am not receiving notifications?....

    My notifications stopped a couple days ago, they are on the submission pages but not alerting me, i have added two more addresses since and they are working but our info@vitaskinspa.co.uk has stopped, I am concerned this may affect replies too??

    When checing the form on jotform it says 'contact us, email address blocked' i dont understand why>???

    Please resolve urgently if possible
