Not receiving Notifications

    Hello

     

    I received this message when trying to test the notification email as I haven't received one for the last two regstrations

    This email address is blocked by Jotform, please contact us.

    It was all working fine till now, can you explain why my email is blocked?

    There were some technical glitch which were caused because of some change in amazon bounce api. We have permanently disabled the custom sender email feature. Now all notification emails will be sent only from noreply@jotform.com.

    But you can map the Reply-to field to the email field of your form so that when you reply to the notification email it will display your user's email address.

    Your email id "amparo@forthenvironmentlink.org" was in our bounce list. I have resolved this issue by removing it form the bounce list. You should now start receiving your submission emails on this email.

    Request you to please test your form by doing a live test submission.
