Notification Sender Email Settings Help

    Hi, I am having issues with notification emails not coming through like they used to, and I have tried following the help topics on whitelisting all the Jot Form addresses, and changing the Sender Email Setting to noreply@jotmail. My problem is, I'm not able to change the Sender Email field to noreply@jotmail. It doesn't give me that option at all.

     

    What am I doing wrong?

    There were some technical glitch which were caused because of some change in amazon bounce api. We have permanently disabled the custom sender email feature. Now all notification emails will be sent only from noreply@jotform.com.

    But you can map the Reply-to field to the email field of your form so that when you reply to the notification email it will display your user's email address.

    I checked all your forms and see one recipient email id modestlyyoursswimwear@gmail.com was in our bounce list. I have removed it from the list and you should start receiving your submission emails on this email id.

    Does this mean there won't be so much of a problem with emails going onto the Jotform bounce list? If so that would be awesome.

    Hello,

    We've made some changes and permanently disable Sending Email notification using Custom Email Address that is why (if you will check) the "Sender Email" section is not visible from the email notification settings. 

    This should prevent the email to go to bounce list.
