How do I change the file size limit for file sharing

Asked by chflynt on July 09, 2013 at 10:31 AM

I am sending uploaded files from my form to my FTP site. How do I increase the file size limit? It needs to be in the neighborhood of 100MB. The form is not yet published.

     Thanks!

You will need to upgrade to one of our paid plans if you want to increase the file limit of your account as FREE account is entitled to a total of 100MB storage only.

If you have any other questions, please contact us again.

Not talking about the storage capacity. I am talking about the file transfer limit of 10MB.

You can limit the file size limit by setting the upload limit size in the upload field property by selecting the upload field then clicking the Max File Size icon.

100MB is equivalent to 102400 KB so you only need to add 0 at the end of the default value.
