Hi,
thank you for reaching out to us. I apologize for the inconvenience. I have tested it, and on the embedded version of your form, I get the same error message. However, the error is also present when accessing the form from the direct URL. Here the error suggests that your PayPal account might be restricted:
Can you please double-check this, by logging into your PayPal account? (guide)
Looking forward to your answer.

Hello @photographybristollee,
We do apologize for the inconvenience that you are experiencing.
After further testing, I can see that PayPal integration is still not functioning correctly on your form. However, it seems that the issue is still stemming from your PayPal account being restricted.
As you can see in the following screenshot, the error messages on the form are also appearing in the browser's console and it shows that the issue is coming from PayPal.
Since you are using PayPal business integration, I do want to mention that you will need to have a PayPal Business account in order to utilize it. I do suggest that you reach out to PayPal Support and ask about your account permissions and account type.
Please do let us know if you require any further assistance or any additional information, we are always happy to help.
