Notificaiton emails are sent multiple times

I get one when it's done and one a few hours later.  How do I stop the second one from coming?

Can you please let us know the IDs of submissions you get multiple times? Also, are you able to see multiple submissions from the Sheets? If you can, can you also send us the IDs of duplicate submissions? You can click here to see where to find the submission ID.
