How can I have the name be the submission label?

When I view my submissions, why do some of them come up as a name and most come up as "submission #"? I want them all to come up as a name. Can you help?

To clarify, are you referring to the inbox submission?

You may change your Inbox settings to show name field by clicking on the gear icon

Then in the Inbox settings, scroll down to the Header Settings and set the Select field to use as header to your field name.
