I have a question. Is there by a chance a password-protected feature for jotforms with sensitive information?

    Thank you,

Hello Cyndi - You can password-protect the form, so every time someone accesses it, the form will require a password input before the user can view and submit it.

    Here's a guide on How-to-Password-Protect-a-Form.

Now, if you want to add an extra layer of protection, you can encrypt your form data. But please note that when you do so, only you can view the submissions. Emails will be encrypted as well.

Some of the features that are not available for Encrypted Forms are:

    1. PDF Downloads.

    2. Reports (this includes downloading Excel and CSV files from within the Submissions Page).

    3. Emails: Email Notifications and Autoresponder (usually emailed to the form submitters).

You will be asked to download a PrivateKey file when you enabled form encryption. You have to keep this key as you need to upload it every time you check the submissions.
