I had upgraded my account last July 5, yet my account details was not been updated and is listed as free account, and now has been disabled :(
Please see attached paypal payment information as proof of my payment
Hope this issue will be resolved asap for I am using jotform on my business and its critical to lose orders because of this issue :(

Your account is Premium upon checking from our end. In that case, you would need to clear your browsers cache, and cookies then log in again.
